Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years’ applicable experience in banking operations or customer service preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately.
• Ability to operate in a team environment to accomplish shared goals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process domestic and international wire transfer requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Verify account details, authorizations, wire instructions, and limits.
• Open cases with service providers as needed.
• Process foreign currency wires and prepare remittance disclosures.
• Handle reverse wire drawdown requests.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, and issues related to wires.
• Mentor and train Wire Specialist II team members.
• Assist with procedure updates and day-to-day workflow supervision.
• Manage high-volume internal mailboxes and balance AM/PM wire activity.
• Respond to customer and associate inquiries.
• Complete compliance training and perform other assigned duties.
