E. & J. Gallo Winery is seeking a Senior Recruiter to manage full recruitment cycles and support innovative sourcing strategies.

You’ll lead hiring managers, foster strong candidate relationships, and provide strategic guidance to enhance our hiring processes. This role involves participating in broad recruiting programs to ensure a smooth candidate experience and aligns with Gallo’s values in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus 2 years of HR experience in corporate or agency recruiting
• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years HR experience to include corporate or agency recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years HR experience to include corporate or agency recruiting experience
• High school diploma or equivalency plus 9 years HR experience to include corporate agency or recruiting experience
• Travel required up to 10% for recruiting events and career fairs
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting across multiple locations, OFCCP/EEOC compliance, and presenting concepts to leadership
• Advanced written and oral communication skills
• MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook; ATS and HR software tools; data mining for candidate information
• Proven ability to leverage data to communicate recruitment results and maintain data accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks
• Ability to deliver positive candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Travel to offices for onboarding, training, and meetings up to 5% of time
• Must be 18 years or older
• Experience with national/global recruiting is a plus
