E. & J. Gallo Winery is seeking an Associate Growth Media Innovation Manager in NYC or Dallas.

You will drive performance media discovery, accelerate growth, and partner with brand, media, analytics, and agency teams to explore AI-driven discovery, paid search, and retail media across multiple brands. In this role you will lead hands-on development and optimization of campaigns, shape bidding, targeting and budget allocation, and translate learnings into scalable media strategies that balance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of performance media experience including paid search, social, retail media, or 3rd party marketplaces.
• Master’s degree plus 3 years of performance media experience with similar scope.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-comm, and analytics.
• Proficiency with PPC/retail media tools and hands-on experience in ad platforms.
• Experience managing budgets and KPIs across multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development, activation, management, and optimization of performance media campaigns.
• Guide audience/keyword strategies, budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative recommendations.
• Collaborate with SEO, content, brand, commerce, and agency teams to connect discovery with performance and growth.
• Design testing frameworks and innovate media strategies to improve marketing effectiveness.
