Job summary

Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Analyst in Jersey City, NJ. This hybrid role (3 days onsite) is a 3 Month Contract to Hire to support a rapidly growing user base, focusing on Windows 11, Citrix VDI, Intune, and Microsoft 365.

You’ll be the primary contact for endpoint issues, handling troubleshooting, deployments, and onboarding/offboarding. Close collaboration with infrastructure teams is required to escalate complex incidents.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience supporting Windows 11 desktops and laptops.
• Hands-on administration and support of Microsoft Intune (device deployment, Autopilot, endpoint management, onboarding/offboarding).
• Experience supporting Citrix Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
• Microsoft 365/Exchange Online administration and support.
• Level 2/Level 3 desktop troubleshooting experience.
• Experience deploying and provisioning endpoint devices.
• Ability to recognize when issues require escalation to infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for endpoint issues and triage.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform deployments.
• Onboard and offboard users and escalate to specialized teams when needed.
