Yoh, a Day & Zimmermann company, is seeking a Senior Desktop Engineer in Jersey City, NJ. The role focuses on managing Windows 11 desktops, Intune deployment with Autopilot, Citrix VDI, and Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, delivering Tier 2/3 support and smooth onboarding/offboarding.

The hybrid role requires 3 days onsite, with a workload including endpoint provisioning, troubleshooting, and escalation to infrastructure teams as needed. Competitive base salary plus bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Windows 11 desktop support and maintenance.
• Hands-on Intune device deployment and Autopilot.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for endpoint issues and escalate to appropriate teams when needed.
• Troubleshoot, deploy, onboard and offboard users across the environment.
• Provide L2/L3 desktop troubleshooting and proactive endpoint provisioning.
