Job summary

CoStar Group is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer to maintain standardized Windows endpoint solutions for corporate users. You will drive Windows 11 deployments, provisioning, and ongoing maintenance using Intune and Autopilot, collaborating with IT and Service Desk teams to meet business needs.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Intune/Autopilot, endpoint analytics, and co-management strategies. Located in Arlington, VA or Richmond, VA with a hybrid 4 days onsite / 1 day remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required from an accredited university.
• 3+ years managing Windows endpoints and Intune/Autopilot.
• Experience with Entra ID join / Hybrid Azure AD join and app deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Windows 11 provisioning with Intune and Autopilot.
• Manage device identity and enrollment via Entra ID join.
• Package and deploy Windows apps (Win32/.intunewin, MSIX, PSADT).
• Maintain configuration profiles and security baselines in Intune.
• Lead enterprise rollout in co-managed environment with Intune/BigFix/GPOs.
• Mentor junior engineers and define technical standards.
