Ladders is seeking a Senior Windows Engineer - Managed Services to lead day-to-day engineering and support of enterprise Windows environments in a remote setting. You will focus on service reliability, incident resolution, and operational excellence, serving as a senior technical escalation resource to drive automation across a remote managed services team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field with 7+ years of experience.
5+ years administering Windows Server in enterprise environments.
Proficient with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows security services.

Responsibilities

Manage Windows engineering tickets and provide timely updates.
Monitor Windows services, respond to alerts, and take corrective actions for emerging issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex break-fix issues in Windows Server environments.
Act as a senior escalation point for advanced Windows troubleshooting.
Administer and support various Windows Server environments, including cloud-hosted systems.
Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related Windows services.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and other tools.
