For our client, we are seeking a Senior Windows Engineer - Managed Services to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.
This role is focused on the day-to-day engineering and support of enterprise Windows environments, with an emphasis on service reliability, incident resolution, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will serve as a senior technical escalation resource while helping drive automation and efficiency across a remote managed services team. You will work closely with service operations and infrastructure stakeholders to keep Windows systems stable, secure, and performing at a high level.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $106,000 - $150,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage Windows engineering tickets and service requests, providing timely updates
• Monitor Windows services, respond to alerts, and take corrective actions for emerging issues
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex break-fix issues in Windows Server environments

Qualifications

• Experience with PowerShell automation for operational tasks and reporting
• Familiarity with Windows virtualization, clustering, and configuration management
• Experience in managing engineering queues and meeting service-level commitments
