Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop app development using Windows App SDK and WinUI.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop apps using Windows App SDK, WinUI, C#, XAML, and some C++.
• Define and enforce best-practices for desktop development across the codebase, ensuring performance and cross-version compatibility.
• Drive accessibility efforts with UI Automation and keyboard navigation, ensuring usable and inclusive software.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA, and others to shape feature planning and long-term roadmap.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, bottlenecks, and memory issues; propose robust architectural solutions.
