TEKsystems is seeking a Windows Desktop Engineer and M365 Specialist to manage Windows 10/11 desktops and the M365 suite from our Austin, TX client site. The role emphasizes performance optimization, policy management, and automation using PowerShell.

You will support end-users and collaborate across IT teams to ensure secure, reliable desktop experiences. The ideal candidate has expert-level experience with Windows desktop environments, M365 administration, and ITIL-aligned service management,

Qualifikationen

• Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop virtualization experience.
• Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop and Enterprise Admin certifications.
• Experience with endpoint security solutions and management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based infrastructure and services integration.
• Experience with conferencing software administration (Zoom, MS Teams).
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management.

Aufgaben

• Design/Build/Manage/Maintain Windows 10/11 desktop environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in Windows 10/11 desktop environments.
• Design/Build/Manage/Maintain the M365 suite with cloud management.
• Diagnose and remediate Office/M365 issues and address slowness.
• Create, manage, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
• Manage Chrome Enterprise and MS Edge browser experience.
• Design and develop automation solutions using PowerShell.
• Provide level-1 technical support to end-users.
• Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Document procedures and best practices for knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies.
