Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer for advanced end-user support across a multi-site enterprise, based in Lansing, MI. You will diagnose and resolve Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and identity-management issues while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong M365 expertise, Active Directory/Entra ID experience, and the ability to manage issues from initial diagnosis to resolution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support or service desk.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows support.
• Experience with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Familiar with TCP/IP and VPN basics.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 IT support for end users across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Support Exchange/Teams/SharePoint and related services.
• Administer Active Directory and Entra ID environments.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
