Qualifications

• 3+ years in Windows desktop application development with Windows App SDK and WinUI.
• Experience with C#/XAML; native Windows code (C++, Win32/WinRT/COM) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Windows architecture and interop between managed and native code.
• Proven track record shipping production desktop apps with reliability and performance.
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications.
• Define and enforce best practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase.
• Drive accessibility efforts: ensure UI controls, keyboard navigation, screen readers.
• Collaborate with product designers, UX researchers, QA and stakeholders on roadmap.
• Identify and resolve complex bugs, performance bottlenecks, and compatibility issues.
