Qualifications

• 3+ years building Windows desktop apps with WinUI or Windows App SDK.
• Strong understanding of interop between managed and native code.
• Production-grade desktop apps with focus on reliability and performance.
• Experience improving accessibility and keyboard/screen-reader support.
• Leadership: design reviews, mentoring, and architecture decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture and development of native Windows desktop apps.
• Enforce best practices for performance, memory usage and cross-version support.
• Drive accessibility efforts and ensure inclusive UI for users with disabilities.
• Collaborate with design, QA and product to shape roadmap for Windows platform.
