Job summary

Accrescent Group seeks a Senior Windows Administrator skilled in Windows 365 Cloud PC support and enterprise Windows desktop management. The role includes monitoring service health, troubleshooting Cloud PC and identity issues, and supporting incident resolution in a global ITIL-based environment.

You will work with Intune, Entra ID, and Azure networking to resolve platform issues and prepare operational reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong experience managing Windows 10/11 Enterprise desktops or virtual desktops.
Experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC Enterprise.
Solid understanding of Cloud PC architecture, provisioning policies, licensing, and service dependencies.
Experience with Intune device configuration, compliance policies, app deployment, and endpoint security.
Knowledge of Entra ID, hybrid identity, Conditional Access, authentication, and access troubleshooting.
Understanding of Azure networking concepts (VNets, subnets, NSGs).
Experience in an ITIL-based L2/L3 support model.

Responsibilities

Monitor Windows 365 Cloud PC service health, availability, and performance.
Troubleshoot Cloud PC, Windows desktop, identity, authentication, and access issues.
Support incident resolution, service restoration, and root cause analysis.
