Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking an experienced O365/Intune Administrator to manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs, Intune, and Entra ID in an enterprise setting. You will oversee provisioning, policy configuration, and device deployment to ensure secure, reliable access to Microsoft 365 services.

The role requires hands-on expertise with Cloud PC provisioning, endpoint management, and MFA/SSO strategies, along with strong troubleshooting skills and cross-region disaster recovery experience.

Qualifications

Experience administering Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
Hands-on with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management.
Experience with Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and access controls.
Configuring Conditional Access and MFA.
RBAC, user groups, and SSO configuration.
Device provisioning, reprovisioning, and app deployment.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Administer Windows 365 Cloud PCs, including provisioning, deprovisioning, reprovisioning, restoration, and lifecycle management.
Configure provisioning policies and assign Cloud PCs to users.
Configure Windows App and remote access settings.
Monitor Cloud PC health, performance, connectivity, and resource utilization.
Support cross-region disaster recovery and Cloud PC restoration operations.
