Job summary

Integra Testing Services seeks a Senior Cloud Engineer to implement, operate, and improve our Microsoft 365 and Azure environment. You will own delivery end-to-end, partnering with security, infrastructure, and end-user support teams to drive reliable, well-governed cloud services.

The role emphasizes hands-on administration, governance, automation, and design input, focusing on Entra ID, Intune, and Azure DevOps. Strong collaboration and mentorship are expected.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on experience administering and operating Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams administration.
• Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Conditional Access policies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
• Experience with Azure infrastructure services (networking, compute, storage, backup/recovery).
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation and reporting.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform) and source-controlled workflows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services — Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Purview, and Power Platform — in line with governance standards.
• Configure tenant settings, site and group provisioning, and lifecycle workflows following policies.
• Execute platform upgrades, migrations, and feature rollouts according to roadmap.
• Monitor licensing usage and optimize spend through right-sizing and reclamation.
• Administer Entra ID day to day: SSO, provisioning, group management, and user lifecycle tasks.
• Manage Intune for device configuration, compliance policies, and Autopilot provisioning.
