Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a senior simulation engineer to own and advance multibody simulation capabilities for wind turbine design, site assessments and root cause analysis. You will collaborate with engineers worldwide to deliver high-performance, bankable models and design practices, with opportunities to mentor others and influence the toolchain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, civil or systems engineering (renewable energy focus a plus).
• 5+ years of multibody simulation experience using Simpack, ADAMS or OpenFAST.
• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Preferred experience with ADAMS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and long-term ownership of advanced multibody simulation capabilities.
• Plan and run simulation work to support NPI, site suitability assessments and RCA.
• Present analysis strategy, results and lessons learned in design reviews to engineering owners.
• Develop and improve software tools, system models and design load calculation methods.
• Build user interfaces, training materials and guides for internal customers, and mentor colleagues.
