Job summary

GE Vernova Wind Engineering seeks a Controls Systems Integration Leader to translate turbine requirements into control specs, set parameters, and drive NPIs. You will work with global teams to ensure integrated, validated controls solutions aligned with product and customer needs.

You will lead multiple development programs across an installed fleet and contribute to reliability and performance improvements of GE Vernova wind technology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, STEM or related field.
• 10+ years in Controls, Systems, or Services engineering.
• 5+ years in wind turbine engineering, product design, or technology development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain PLRs and SLRs for wind turbine controls systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deploy control parameter sets.
• Lead controls integration for NPIs across development phases.
• Ensure compliance with lifecycle processes and governance.
• Investigate and resolve fleet quality issues related to controls software.
• Prepare technical reports, design reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
• Understand the full product development lifecycle from requirements to launch.
