GE Vernova is seeking a Controls Systems Integration Leader to translate turbine product requirements into robust controls specifications, develop control parameter settings, and support NPIs across a global wind engineering team. You will partner with controls engineers, systems teams, and product line management to ensure integrated, validated solutions that meet customer needs.

• Master's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Controls, Systems, or Services engineering.
• 5+ years in wind turbine engineering or technology development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop PLRs and SLRs for wind turbine Controls systems.
• Define and validate turbine Controls parameter sets.
• Lead Controls integration activities for NPIs.
• Ensure compliance with lifecycle processes and governance.
• Support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement of Controls software.
• Prepare technical reports and design reviews for stakeholders.
