Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Wind Product Management & Systems Engineering Leader to drive the product strategy, technical development, and execution of component-level upgrades supporting Onshore Wind Services.

This role provides strategic and technical leadership while managing a team of Product Managers, Program Managers, and Systems Engineers responsible for executing engineering development programs and delivering innovative component upgrades that improve wind turbine reliability, availability,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in the wind energy industry.
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams and delivering engineering development programs.
Expertise in wind turbine systems, product management, systems engineering, or wind services.
Strong analytical and strategic skills with ability to translate data into product decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, Program Managers, and Systems Engineers.
Own the product strategy and portfolio of component upgrades for wind turbines.
Identify and prioritize product improvements using fleet performance data, customer needs, and business impact.
Oversee development programs from concept through execution and launch.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, commercial, and regional teams.
