Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Wind Turbine Technician.
• Valid driver’s license (NON-CDL or CDL).
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 100 pounds.
• Capability to climb 300 ft multiple times a day wearing gear.

Responsibilities

• Lead/perform routine preventive & unscheduled maintenance on wind turbines.
• Assist in replacing major turbine components.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Develop operation-focused feedback for maintenance.
