AES Corporation is seeking a Senior Owner's Engineer to support development, construction, and financing of large-scale renewable energy projects. You will represent AES Clean Energy with financing parties, investors, lenders and independent engineers.

The role requires wind energy expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and thorough technical due diligence, with opportunities in wind up to 1000 MW and occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field.

Responsibilities

• Represent AES Clean Energy on wind, solar, energy storage projects while supporting project finance and engineering.

Skills

Undergraduate degree in Engineering

5+ years wind turbine project design

Experience with wind project execution

Debt or tax equity financing knowledge

Technical writing

Project management

NEC/NESC and related codes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
