Job summary

GE Vernova’s Onshore Wind Services team is expanding, seeking a Senior Wind Hub Technician to operate on wind sites with a strong leadership mindset. The role involves daily turbine operations, safety and warranty repairs, and collaboration with Site Lead and Manager to meet contract timelines.

The candidate will travel within the hub, with 100% travel readiness and ability to work across multiple wind sites. Base pay, benefits, and relocation support are provided by GE Vernova.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of wind troubleshooting experience and ability to pass a Technical Knowledge Assessment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Ability to climb towers up to 300 feet and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute contractual obligations at wind sites per customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on wind turbines.
• Read, understand and explain schematics, drawings, manuals and procedures.
• Adhere to Environmental Health & Safety processes and regulations.
