DNV Energy Systems' Renewables and Power Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Wind Energy Assessment Analyst to join our Wind Energy Assessment team. This role supports the delivery of technical consulting services for utility-scale wind energy projects across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of wind resource and energy production assessments for utility-scale projects
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret meteorological, operational, and energy production data
• Contribute to pre-construction assessments, independent engineer assignments, and technical due diligence reviews
• Partner with project teams to evaluate project performance, uncertainty, and risk factors
• Support operational energy assessments using SCADA and production data
• Prepare and review technical reports, presentations, and customer deliverables
• Build trusted relationships with customers and participate in technical discussions to support informed project outcomes
• Support remote sensing and measurement campaign activities, including LiDAR and meteorological data analysis
• Contribute to wake loss, site suitability, and performance assessment studies
• Support the development and implementation of automation, digital tools, and process improvements through use of AI
• Collaborate with project managers and technical specialists to deliver high-quality projects safely, on time, and within budget.
