Job summary

DNV Energy Systems' Renewables and Power Advisory Group is seeking a Senior Wind Energy Assessment Analyst to join our Wind Energy Assessment team. This role supports technical consulting services for utility-scale wind projects across the U.S.

& Canada, collaborating with engineers, meteorologists, and renewable energy professionals to evaluate wind resources, energy production, project performance, and risk throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 5+ years of renewable energy experience.
• Experience with wind resource or energy production assessments.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel up to 10% domestically.
• Proficiency with MS Office and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Support wind resource and energy production assessments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret data.
• Prepare technical reports and customer deliverables.
• Evaluate project performance, uncertainty, and risk.
• Assist with SCADA data analysis.
• Contribute to AI-driven automation and tool development.
• Engage with clients and manage timely deliverables.
