Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SC Planning in Georgia to lead demand planning, forecasting and client care for our distribution center. You will guide a planning team to meet service levels and drive process improvements.

The role requires 5 years in complex demand planning, strong BI and analytics skills, and a bachelor’s in logistics or related field. This position is full-time on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with complex demand planning activities.
• Experience with BI solutions (Power BI/Tableau/Cognos or equivalent).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Visio).
• Knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead/direct planning team and planning functions of the distribution center.
• Develop and execute site-level operational reporting for leadership and client.
• Ensure the operations teams meet service-level standards and contractual obligations.
• Support processes for supply chain, inventory and orders management performance.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; lead and mentor team.
• Identify growth opportunities with current customers and promote enhanced services.
• Identify and deploy cost-saving initiatives through process improvements.
• Oversee interviewing, hiring, onboarding and performance reviews.
