GXO Logistics, Inc. in Morrow, GA, is seeking a Senior Manager, SC Planning to lead demand planning, forecasting and client care for the site. You will guide the planning team and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet service levels and contractual obligations.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience with complex demand planning.
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Cognos.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of forecasting methods and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL and WMS systems.
• Managerial/supervisory experience is preferred.
• APICS certification, Lean manufacturing, and 3PL exposure are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead/direct planning team and planning-related functions of the distribution center.
• Develop and execute operational level reporting for site level leadership and the client.
• Ensure Operations teams are supported to meet service-level standards; adhere to contractual obligations and client compliance.
• Support the execution of processes that meet site objectives in supply chain, inventory and orders management.
• Hire, train, develop and appraise staff; mentor and develop personnel.
• Identify growth opportunities with current customers and promote enhanced services/cost savings.
• Support cost-saving initiatives through planning-based continuous improvement.
• Manage all direct reports, including hiring, onboarding and performance reviews.
