Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, SC Planning to lead demand planning, forecasting and client care for the distribution center. You will guide a planning team, develop site-level reports and ensure service levels align with contractual obligations.

This role requires 5+ years in complex planning, BI tool proficiency, and strong leadership. The position is on 1st shift, with full-time hours at our Forsyth, GA site.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with complex demand planning activities.
• Experience with BI tools including Power BI, Tableau, Cognos or equivalent.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Working knowledge of statistical methods, mathematical techniques and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning team and planning-related functions of the distribution center.
• Develop and execute site-level reporting for leadership and client.
• Ensure operations meet service-level standards and contractual obligations.
• Support cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hire, train and develop staff; mentor team.
• Identify growth opportunities with current customers and drive enhanced services.
