Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SC Planning to lead demand planning, forecasting, and customer care for the client.

You will manage a planning team within a distribution center and develop site-level BI reporting to support leadership and client needs. The role emphasizes strong attention to detail, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across operations to meet service-level objectives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with complex demand planning activities.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Cognos) and Excel/Visio.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead/direct planning team and planning-related functions of the distribution center.
• Develop and execute operational level reporting for site leadership and client.
• Ensure Operations teams meet service-level standards and contractual obligations.
• Support processes in supply chain, inventory and orders management.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Identify growth opportunities with current customers and promote enhanced services.
