Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SC Planning to lead demand planning, forecasting and client care. This role drives accuracy in forecasts and supports high service levels for a major client across the Griffin, GA area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in complex demand planning, strong BI/tool experience, and advanced MS Office skills. A Bachelor’s in Logistics or related field is preferred, with solid managerial experience and a strategic mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in complex demand planning and forecasting.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos or equivalent).
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Understanding of statistical methods and data analysis for planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning team and planning-related functions for the distribution center.
• Develop and deliver operational reports for site leadership and client.
• Ensure service-level standards and contract obligations are met.
• Support site objectives in supply chain, inventory and orders management.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; provide mentoring and performance reviews.
