Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SC Planning to oversee demand planning, forecasting and client care. You will lead a planning team in a distribution center, develop site-level reporting and ensure service levels align with contracts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in demand planning, BI tool experience (Power BI/Tableau/Cognos), and a solid foundation in MS Office, forecasting methods and WMS knowledge.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with complex demand planning activities.
• Experience utilizing and deploying BI solutions (Power BI, Tableau, Cognos or equivalent).
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio).
• Working knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead/direct planning team and planning-related functions of the distribution center.
• Develop and execute operational level reporting for site leadership and the client.
• Ensure Operations teams meet service-level standards and contractual obligations.
• Support cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives within the site.
