GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, SC Planning to lead demand planning, forecasting, and client care for our distribution operations in Milner, GA.

You’ll drive accuracy and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service levels meet contractual obligations while optimizing costs. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of complex planning experience, strong BI and analytics skills, and a proven track record in supply chain excellence.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with complex demand planning activities.
• Experience with industry-leading BI solutions (Power BI/Tableau/Cognos or equivalent).
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Working knowledge of statistical methods and forecasting techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Lead/direct planning team and planning-related functions of the distribution center.
• Develop and execute operational level reporting for site leadership and client.
• Ensure Operations teams meet service-level standards and contractual obligations.
