Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Merchandiser for US Wholesale, remote in the US. You will lead the execution of Teva’s seasonal directives and manage assortments that meet brand standards and financial targets, partnering with Marketplace Planning and cross-functional teams to ensure the right product at the right time.

You will present merchandise strategy each season, drive forecasts, and collaborate with stakeholders to maximize growth. Travel 15-20% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in wholesale merchandising and planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Teva’s seasonal directives for US Wholesale.
• Partner with Marketplace Planning and cross-functional teams to deliver the right product at the right time.
• Lead assortment planning and buy execution for the Americas business.
• Present merchandise strategy and goals each season.
• Deliver presentations during key GTM milestone meetings, QBRs, and MBRs.
• Travel 15-20% annually.
