Deckers Brands is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner for Teva Direct-to-Consumer to shape financial plans across channel, class and style, driving sales, profitability and inventory turn while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires forecasting expertise, 4+ years in merchandising/planning, advanced Excel, and the ability to present plans in Investment Review meetings. The Goleta/remote role offers a competitive salary range and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
• 4+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance in a retail environment.
• Forecasting experience required.
• Strong statistical analysis and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial plans at channel, class, and style level to maximize sales and profitability.
• Build weekly category sales and inventory plans that align with brand and channel goals.
• Lead in-season Open‑to‑Buy reforecasting and inventory optimization.
• Share inventory positions and recommendations with e-commerce, marketing, and allocation teams.
