Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Merchandise Planner for Teva DTC to drive financial planning and execution across channels, styles, and markets.

You will partner with Merchants and Planning Operations to optimize inventory, pricing, and product availability while aligning with brand goals. The role requires 4+ years in merchandise planning or related field, strong forecasting, Excel, Oracle, and Tableau skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience.
• 4+ years of merchandise planning, inventory management, buying, or finance in a retail environment.
• Forecasting experience required.
• Strong statistical analysis and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle and Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute financial plans at channel, class, and style level to maximize sales and profitability.
• Build weekly category sales and inventory plans that align with brand and channel goals.
• Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Create and oversee bottom-up style-color level sales and buy plans, ensuring alignment with top-down guidance.
• Lead in-season Open-to-Buy reforecasting and inventory optimization.
