Qualifications

• 7+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, process or technology development.
• 1+ year DOE and statistical process control experience.
• 2+ years cross‑disciplinary module integration across etch, deposition, CMP or lithography.
• Hands‑on with advanced manufacturing processes and metrology.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of sophisticated manufacturing processes.
• Drive parameter optimization, material selection, and system design to exceed functional requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies using simulations and engineering methods.
• Enable innovative device architectures for next‑gen capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on enabling technologies.
