Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise, ID seeks a Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer to install, maintain and optimize wet etching systems, driving efficiency and yield across the production line. You will partner with process engineers and vendors to close hardware gaps and implement TPM strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Wet Process Equipment
• BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience
• Good understanding of Agentic AI or willingness to learn Agentic AI to help developed efficient workflow

Responsibilities

• Installation and qualification of industry leading wet process equipment in our new cleanroom
• Wet process equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
• Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies
• Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metrics
• Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies
