Ideal candidates have a PhD or MS in relevant fields, 5+ years in semiconductor Fabs, and strong knowledge of CMOS/RF wafer processing. This role emphasizes technical leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science.
• 5+ years in a semiconductor fab with emphasis in the dry etch area and with leadership/mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of dry etch principles, theories, concepts, materials, and techniques.
• Strong CMOS and RF wafer processing knowledge and interactions affecting yields.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, mentor, and develop a team of process engineers and technicians in the dry etch area.
• Sustain operations, process control, improvements, and cost reduction in dry etch.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, quality production.
