Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing or semiconductor experience.
• Knowledge of wet chemistries focused on silicon etching and surface cleaning.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts and 6-sigma problem solving.
• Strong process control, data analysis, and statistical skills.
• Ability to read drawings, GD&T, and interpret tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement wet etch chemistry processes for silicon and brittle materials.
• Define process conditions to meet safety, quality, cost, and capacity targets.
• Establish process capability and control with SPC and engineering controls.
• Collaborate with R&D to evaluate new etch tech for manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional projects and manage budgets and ROIs.
• Maintain SILFEX Quality Management System and Lean 5S practices.
