Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Solid State Physics, or related field.
• 3+ years of wet etch process engineering experience (2+ years with advanced degree).
• Experience with poly and/or metal etch and using LAM2300, AMAT DPS, or LAM9600.
• Experience with DoE, data analysis, and JMP software.

Responsibilities

• Sustain, improve, and develop wet etch processes for high-volume manufacturing.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver products on time and improve capabilities.
• Troubleshoot yield issues and ramp new process technologies from R&D to volume manufacturing.
• Characterize and qualify new equipment and process technologies; support Integration and Quality teams.
