Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Chandler, AZ, is seeking a senior leader to own the wet and dry mechanical scope across multiple areas. You will direct Field Engineering, Superintendent teams, craft professionals, and subcontractors to ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on a world-class Fab project for Intel.

You will drive planning, resource deployment, and turnover while coordinating with Area Managers, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required (or international equivalent).
• 13–15 years of relevant experience or 17–19 years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Owns safe, quality, cost-effective, schedule-driven execution of wet and dry mechanical scope across multiple areas.
• Leads interdisciplinary Field Engineering, Superintendent, Craft Professionals, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinates with cross-area management to manage interfaces and turnover.
• Establishes expectations, maintains accountability, motivates the team, and develops talent.
• Plans and optimizes labor, equipment, materials, and subcontract plans within approved budgets.
