Job summary

Bechtel is seeking an experienced Indirects Superintendent for the Fab 62 project in Chandler, AZ. You will support a team of superintendents and craft professionals, developing field sketches, estimates, and orders while maintaining schedules and budgets on a complex semiconductor facility.

You will coordinate with area managers, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with project policies, safety requirements, and environmental plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5–12 years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading field teams on large multi-discipline construction projects.
• Strong communication and coordination across subcontractors and vendors.
