Bechtel Global Corporation is seeking a Senior Control Systems leader to direct a team of control engineers on a mixed office/project environment across multiple sites including Chandler, AZ. You will estimate staffing, plan work, review studies, and drive high-quality control system implementations.

The role emphasizes frontline leadership, collaboration with clients and vendors, and adherence to engineering standards on complex semiconductor projects, with PE licensure highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and control valves including specifications, data sheets, tubing, and instrument installations.
• Knowledge of control system design including digital and analog control logic, network architecture, I/O allocation, graphics, and acceptance tests.

Responsibilities

• Direct a team of Control Systems personnel on small to medium projects or portions of major projects.
• Prepare discipline estimates and work plans; review control systems investigations and studies.
• Ensure designs adhere to codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with client representatives to obtain approval of control system aspects.
• Mentor designers, contractors, and junior staff to ensure high-quality work.
