Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in engineering.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years total on large projects.
- Extensive knowledge of industrial instrumentation, analyzers and control systems.
- Strong understanding of DCS, PLC, SCADA, industrial Ethernet and fieldbus.
- Experience leading instrumentation field engineering on large industrial projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical authority for instrumentation and controls scope.
- Lead instrumentation field engineering teams and set execution standards.
- Coordinate with multi-discipline teams to ensure readiness and turnover.
- Drive planning, risk management, and constraint resolution.
- Support commissioning, startup readiness, and system testing.
- Monitor progress, productivity, and provide performance analysis.
- Mentor and develop instrumentation engineers and ensure safety.
