GlobalFoundries is seeking an MTS Engineer to oversee the wet cleans process at our Malta, NY site. You will develop and document clean processes, qualify new tools, and drive improvements to reduce variability while maintaining quality and yield.

Qualifications

• Education: 3–4 year Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• Experience: 6 years in process engineering with wet cleans and 300mm wafer fabrication.
• Strong data analysis of SPC charts and DOE data; cross-functional collaboration required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee wet cleans process and recipe development.
• Start up and qualify new processes and equipment on schedule.
• Improve tool-to-tool performance and process windows.
• Support CIP programs to improve yield, productivity, and cost.
• Lead cross-functional teams for yield improvement and issue resolution.
