Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Malta, NY, is seeking a Product Integration MTS to join the Fab Integration engineering team. You will work on advanced technology development, engage with customers, and help implement manufacturing capabilities in the 300mm Fab8.

The role emphasizes solving complex process integration issues, developing custom processes, supporting design rule development, and driving continuous improvement with cross-functional teams in a high-volume foundry environment.

Qualifications

• Requires B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering/physical science discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor/fab environments and customer-specific product targeting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence at high levels within an organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to yield improvement and cost reduction.
• English (Written & Verbal) proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration issues and related problems.
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve technical and yield concerns.
• Develop and improve test structures for fast and rigorous characterization of processes.
• Drive continuous improvement plans to deliver organizational goals.
• Ensure safety and comply with Environmental, Health, Security requirements.
• Collaborate on other projects as needed.
