Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Malta, NY is seeking a Product Integration MTS to join the Fab Integration engineering team for advanced technology development and manufacturing implementation in the state-of-the-art Fab8 300mm facility.

This role focuses on working with the Integration Team for customer engagement, process improvement, and developing/test structures, while driving CIP and collaborating across functions to resolve yield and cost challenges.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering or other relevant engineering/physical science discipline.
• 6 years semiconductor/fab experience in advanced technology (20nm or below) including transfer, ramp, sustainment, and customization for yield and cost reduction.
• Fluent English (written & verbal).
• Willingness to travel minimally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems.
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve yield concerns and drive improvements.
