Job summary

GlobalFoundries Fab 8 in Malta, NY is seeking a highly motivated process integration manager to lead the 300mm process integration team, overseeing development, customer engagement, and production to deliver advanced technology for mass production. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and a deep technical understanding across processes with a balanced scorecard approach.

Qualifications

• Education in STEM with at least 4–5 years in semiconductor manufacturing or related field (BS) OR MS with 2–4 years OR PhD with 1–2 years.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Experience leading an engineering team and delivering advanced technology for mass production.
• Strong project management skills: schedules, scope, and cost trade-offs.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical writing skills.
• Lean Manufacturing knowledge and structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead process integration team on baseline improvement and CIP's in 45RFSOI and 45RFe technologies.
• Provide leadership in executing NPIs with zero errors.
• Capture customer feedback and debug issues to solutions.
• Collaborate with process module, YE, program management, CE & packaging/reliability teams to drive process solutions.
• Own technology modules, prioritize projects by business need, and define improvement experiments.
• Sustain manufacturing technologies by improving product quality, reducing defects, and increasing throughput.
• Detect line issues via data analysis and implement containment to protect yield and delivery.
• Collaborate with device and process teams on development for new production technologies.
• Drive cost reductions by eliminating expenses, and improving line/test yield and efficiency.
