Qualifications

7+ years in product management, strategy, or wellness-related roles.
Experience designing and evolving multi-modality products (digital platforms, partner services, human-led interventions).
Ability to connect market needs and customer insights to product direction.
Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholder and field enablement.
Proven ability to translate complex concepts into actionable product recommendations.

Responsibilities

Shape wellness product strategy, evaluating market opportunities and defining roadmap priorities.
Lead cross-functional development and execution with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Product.
Manage business cases, gating, and rollout planning for new wellness initiatives.
Ensure offerings are commercially viable and well-positioned in a matrixed environment.
Integrate market insights and customer feedback to inform product direction and lifecycle decisions.
Support field enablement with clear value propositions and market-facing materials.
