CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Wellness to shape the future-state strategy of our wellness portfolio and translate insights into differentiated customer experiences that drive engagement and health outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, insights, and commercial execution, with broad cross-functional visibility. The position may be remote or hybrid anywhere in the US depending on candidate location and commute to a hub location.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, commercial product roles, wellness, employee benefits, healthcare, or leadership development programs.
• Experience designing or evolving products that integrate multiple modalities (digital platforms, partner services, human-led interventions, engagement experiences).
• Ability to translate market needs and customer insights into commercially relevant product direction and actionable plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to create stakeholder-facing materials and to influence decisions without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Shape Wellness Product Strategy with portfolio investment decisions, roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional product development and execution with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, Product teams.
• Lead market and customer insight integration through VOC, field feedback, and market analysis.
• Support market positioning with clear value propositions, messaging, and field guidance for market adoption.
• Maintain product performance insights and portfolio roadmap, tracking engagement, adoption, and business impact.
